A: Cats are allowed with written permission from the Main Office. NO DOGS ALLOWED.

A: Yes!!! Windsor Oaks Apartments does allow Satellite T.V. with written

permission from the Main Office.

Q: Are the rents affordable?

A: Our rents at Windsor Oaks Apartments are very competitive and fair!

Q: What do I need to do to secure an apartment at Windsor Oaks Apartments?

A: You must fill an application so we can run a credit/background check.

Then we require the first month's rent and 1 month security deposit.

Q: How long is the term of the lease?

A: We offer 12 month leases.

Q: Are any utilities included?

A: Our apartments come with HOT WATER INCLUDED ! ! !

Q: Is there assigned parking? Is there a fee / charge for parking?

A: Each apartment is assigned 1 parking space in our gated parking garage. There is

no additional cost to our residents.
